We have been successfully supporting our clients in all aspects of importing for over 40 years – a key service that we excel in is customs clearance.
Our team have a clear understanding of the ever-changing EU and Non-EU Health and Licensing regulations concerning products, markets and the process required to successfully handle the importing and exporting of our client’s goods to and from the UK.
As well as managing thousands of clearances for general cargo, we specialise in food and ingredients commodities, working closely with Port Health in all UK ports.
Our in-depth knowledge ensures we are recognised experts in handling:
- Products of Animal Origin (PoAO) under CHED (Common Health Entry Document)
- Food and feed requiring IPAFFS pre-notifications
- High Risk Foods of Non-Animal Origin (HRFNAO) including nuts and seeds
- Fresh fruit and vegetables under both PEACH and IPAFFS
- Wood products controlled under Forestry Commission legislation
